    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage but not mandatory.

    + Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt to various customer personalities and needs.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach.

    + Proficiency in utilizing technology and data tools to enhance customer interactions.
