Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the charge in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding rock-star candidates.
+ Serve as a strategic collaborator for hiring managers, aligning recruiting strategies to meet short- and long-term business needs.
+ Leverage cutting-edge applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
+ Conduct insightful interviews that assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and alignment with organizational culture.
+ Expertly prepare and present compelling offer letters, ensuring both compliance and a positive candidate experience.
+ Play a vital role in communication by scheduling interviews and serving as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
+ Keep meticulous records to maintain transparency and organization in recruitment processes.
+ Stay ahead by keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices to refine sourcing strategies.
+ Occasionally provide training and guidance to team members, fostering growth within recruitment operations.
+ Be a champion of compliance by adhering to healthcare clearance standards and other regulations.
Requirements
+ Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.
+ Strong skills in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
+ Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
+ Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and tools, such as Paycor.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
+ Knowledge of healthcare clearance processes and requirements.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
