Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Business Operations Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and operational tasks while ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to support critical business functions within the health insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate licensure processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Manage payment processing activities, maintaining accuracy and timeliness of transactions.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.

• Maintain and update databases with accurate information related to licenses, payments, and other essential records.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address missing invoices and resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor and analyze aging reports, providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

• Audit processes regularly to identify areas for improvement and uphold quality standards.

• Support clinical trial operations by ensuring necessary documentation and compliance measures are in place.

• Utilize leadership skills to mentor team members and promote a culture of excellence.

• Assist in updating and maintaining websites and other digital platforms relevant to business operations. Requirements • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated experience in payment processing and auditing within an environment requiring attention to detail.

• Proficiency in managing databases and conducting data reviews.

• Familiarity with health care and insurance industry operations.

• Knowledge of quality assurance practices and clinical trial coordination.

• Ability to analyze cost data and demographics to support business decisions.

• Experience in handling end-to-end operational processes with attention to detail.
