    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Seattle, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing administrative support to enhance HR operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes while handling sensitive information with discretion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, allowing them to focus on talent acquisition.

    • Assist with organizing files, conducting audits, and managing general administrative tasks.

    • Handle confidential HR-related information with a high level of care and attention.

    • Offer support across multiple regional offices, ensuring consistency in HR procedures.

    • Utilize the Arcoro HR platform and Birddog system to manage HR tasks efficiently.

    • Respond to employee inquiries, route questions appropriately, and follow up to ensure resolution.

    • Facilitate onboarding processes and maintain accurate records of employee information.

    • Conduct background checks and support employee relations initiatives. Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources administration or a related field.

    • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, such as Arcoro or similar systems.

    • Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and employee relations.

    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.

    • Experience with conducting background checks and maintaining compliance.
