Description We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Plano, Texas. This role is integral to our manufacturing operations and involves leading recruitment efforts for technical and production-focused positions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruiting, process optimization, and leveraging applicant tracking systems for seamless hiring workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, across engineering, production support, and field-service technician roles.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficiency in operations.

• Strategically design recruitment processes to enhance scalability, compliance, and effectiveness.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems, such as JazzHR, to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate experience.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, job boards, social media, and employee referral programs.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure successful placements.

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to identify top talent for technical and specialized roles.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process. Requirements • At least 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on process development and operational efficiency.

• Proven ability to design and implement recruitment strategies from the ground up.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, particularly JazzHR, to optimize recruitment workflows.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and specialized roles, including engineering and production support.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Independent and proactive approach to problem-solving and improving recruitment processes.

• Experience in sourcing candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.

• Deep understanding of compliance and best practices within the recruitment industry. TalentMatch®
