    Key Responsibilities

    + Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Support hiring managers in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.

    + Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employees, addressing concerns professionally and effectively while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

    + HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, staying current on HR regulations and best practices.

    + Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, questions, and resolution of claims. Conduct annual reviews of benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness.

    + Performance Management: Provide guidance on evaluations, feedback, and professional development planning.

    + Training & Development: Coordinate and deliver training programs that support employee growth and company objectives.

    + HR Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and leverage HR technology to generate reports and insights for leadership.

    Requirements

    Desired Skills & Experience

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + Minimum [X years] of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.

    + Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.

    + Proven organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

    + Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (or other relevant tools).

    + HR certification such as PHR/SHRM-CP is a plus, but not required.
