    Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Syracuse, New York. This position is within the healthcare industry and offers a great opportunity for growth in a detail-oriented environment.     Responsibilities:

    • Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed effectively.

    • Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information.

    • Process and input customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Utilize basic medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) to assist in resolving customer concerns.

    • Maintain thorough knowledge of medical abbreviations and healthcare-related terms to support communication needs.

    • Manage email correspondence with customers, ensuring timely and clear communication.

    • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing client needs.

    • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

    • Document and update customer interactions and inquiries in relevant systems.

    • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

    • Strong knowledge of call handling techniques, including answering inbound and outbound calls.

    • Familiarity with order entry systems and processes.

    • Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare-related communication.

    • Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

    • Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and professionally.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
