    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Greenville, South Carolina. This role focuses on providing essential administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining accurate records. The position is ideal for individuals with experience in rent calculations and familiarity with Housing Choice Voucher programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform rent calculations with precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.

    • Manage data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate and organized records.

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries professionally.

    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to ensure smooth daily operations.

    • Draft and respond to email correspondence, ensuring clear communication within and outside the organization.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to complete administrative tasks.

    • Collaborate with team members to support office functions and contribute to a productive work environment.

    • Assist with maintaining and updating records in systems such as Yardi, if applicable.

    • Provide support for ongoing administrative projects and assignments as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within housing or rental-related organizations.

    • Familiarity with rent calculations and Housing Choice Voucher programs is highly desirable.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle correspondence professionally.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.

    • Experience with customer service, including handling inbound and outbound calls, is required.

    • Knowledge or experience with Yardi software is a plus.
