    Description

    We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our non-profit support team. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in Spanish and English, is passionate about helping people, and brings a strong sense of empathy and professionalism to every interaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide assistance to clients over the phone

    + Serve as a point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients needing support with services, forms, or resources

    + Listen actively, respond to inquiries clearly, and escalate complex issues appropriately

    + Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our database or CRM (Salesforce preferred)

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery

    + Support outreach and community engagement efforts as needed

    Requirements

    + Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

    + 1+ year of customer service, client support, or community outreach experience

    + Strong communication and active listening skills

    + Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry

    + Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a strong desire to help others
