Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Entry-Level Financial Analyst for a contract-to-permanent opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The role is 100% onsite and offers room for growth within a dynamic and collaborative finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets

+ Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities

+ Support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes

+ Maintain and update financial models and dashboards

+ Collaborate with accounting and operations teams on financial performance analysis

+ Prepare and present findings to finance leadership

+ Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in reporting

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)

+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic modeling)

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance environment

+ Ability to work onsite full time in Fort Worth, TX
