Workforce Operations Manager

• Wethersfield, CT (Hybrid: 1–2 days onsite/week)

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for workforce planning? Our client in Wethersfield, CT is seeking a Workforce Operations Manager to support their in-house call center through smart analytics, forecasting, and trend analysis.

About the Role:

This full-time, direct hire position plays a critical role in aligning staffing with business needs. You'll dive into data, analyze patterns, and forecast short- and long-term staffing requirements—all to keep the call center running efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze department data and performance trends

• Forecast weekly and monthly staffing needs

• Collaborate closely with operations and call center leadership

• Use workforce management tools and systems to guide decisions

• Provide insights that drive scheduling, hiring, and resource planning

• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements

Must-Haves:

+ Prior experience in a large company with an in-house call center

+ Hands-on experience analyzing call center data and performance trends

+ Strong background in staffing forecasts and resource planning

+ Experience working with workforce management software

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ A degree is highly preferred
