As the B2B Industrial Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen our market presence, and position our company as a trusted leader in the infrastructure and manufacturing industries. This role is both strategic and hands-on, overseeing multi-channel campaigns, brand positioning, and sales enablement initiatives while collaborating closely with sales, product, and executive teams.
In this role, you will:
+ Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive measurable business growth.
+ Manage integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional marketing channels.
+ Partner with sales teams to create effective sales tools, collateral, and lead-generation programs.
+ Oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
+ Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance, providing regular insights to leadership.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media.
+ Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.
The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, results-oriented marketer with a proven track record in industrial or manufacturing sectors, capable of translating business objectives into high-impact marketing programs.
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
+ 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
+ Proven track record of planning and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
+ Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and sales enablement.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve marketing performance.
+ Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
+ Experience managing budgets and maximizing ROI from marketing investments.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal and external relationships.
