Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Saint Petersburg, Florida. This contract position offers a dynamic work environment where you will play an integral role in supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. With a Monday-to-Friday schedule, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact without night or weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic troubleshooting assistance to resolve customer issues effectively.

• Input and manage service call information within the database.

• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer concerns are addressed satisfactorily.

• Maintain accurate records and data entry in internal systems.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve customer success goals.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for communication and documentation.

• Address connectivity-related problems and offer solutions.

• Support customers through email correspondence and multi-browser navigation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Positive, success-driven, and adaptable attitude.

• Ability to work cooperatively within a team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

• Experience in technology-based customer support is preferred.

• Familiarity with the swimming pool industry is a plus.
