Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in processing settlements, managing deductions, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency within the transport industry.

Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of daily and weekly settlements for owner-operators, agents, and brokerage carriers.

• Set up, audit, and review recurring deductions and unit accounting records.

• Deliver prompt and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries about settlements and paperwork status in a call center environment.

• Assist in preparing month-end reports to ensure accurate financial documentation.

• Support the settlements manager with special projects as needed.

• Perform other assigned tasks to maintain workflow efficiency. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Above-average numeracy skills and proficiency in mental math.

• Data entry proficiency with a minimum speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour or 40 words per minute.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.

• Experience in transportation or logistics is strongly preferred.
