Are you a detail-oriented data professional with 2-4 years of experience and a passion for analytics? Robert Half is seeking a skilled Data Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our esteemed client in Lithonia, Georgia. This is an excellent role for individuals excited to provide actionable insights through data analysis while leveraging strong SQL and ETL expertise in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Analyze complex datasets to deliver meaningful insights and support key business decisions.

+ Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration.

+ Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and report on data from large-scale databases.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related opportunities and address key business challenges.

+ Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders.

+ Ensure quality and integrity of data through thorough validation and troubleshooting.

Requirements

+ 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role or similar position.

+ Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and complex joins.

+ Proven experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
