Description

Robert Half has partnered with a fast-growing, private equity-backed company in Brentwood, TN in search of a strategic FP& A Manager. This role sits at the intersection of finance and strategy—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the dynamics of PE-backed organizations, and is excited to drive financial performance and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Own and drive monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis, dashboards, and executive-level presentations

+ Build and maintain pro forma models to support new business lines, acquisitions, and capital investments

+ Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic financial analysis and actionable insights

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes

+ Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers to support operational decisions

+ Consolidate and report results across multiple business units, providing real-time visibility to leadership and private equity stakeholders

+ Work closely with PE sponsors to support requests for financial data, ad hoc reporting, and board materials

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of FP& A or strategic finance experience, preferably in a private equity-backed environment

+ Advanced financial modeling skills with experience building pro forma scenarios, forecasting tools, and strategic analysis decks

+ Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, financial statements, and cash flow

+ Proficiency in Excel; experience with tools like Adaptive Insights, Planful, or Tableau is a plus

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)

+ Must be able to work onsite in Brentwood
