Description
The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing complex administrative tasks, streamlining processes, and supporting senior leadership with scheduling, communications, and operational needs. This individual will act as a critical liaison and provide proactive solutions to ensure the team operates at its highest potential.
Key Responsibilities
+ Executive Support: Partner with senior leaders by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
+ Office Management: Oversee operational functions, manage office resources, and troubleshoot administrative issues.
+ Documentation: Create and maintain accurate records, presentations, meeting notes, and correspondence.
+ Event Coordination: Help plan and execute internal meetings, company events, and client-focused activities.
+ Communication Liaison: Serve as an intermediary between departments, clients, and leadership, ensuring timely and clear communication.
+ Project Management: Coordinate and monitor small-scale projects to meet goals and deadlines, ensuring precise follow-through and deliverables.
+ Problem Solving: Proactively address administrative challenges, propose solutions, and maintain efficiency in systems and processes.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (e.g., Business Administration or Communications).
+ 5+ years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives.
+ Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
+ Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
+ Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
