Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in accounting, particularly in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or purchasing within the manufacturing industry. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Manage and track purchase orders and sales orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Perform regular data entry tasks related to invoices and financial records.

• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.

• Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation activities.

• Collaborate with the purchasing department to streamline workflows and resolve discrepancies.

• Support month-end closing procedures by preparing relevant documentation.

• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

• Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or purchasing.

• Familiarity with accounting processes within the manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Knowledge of invoice processing and financial record management.
