What You’ll Do:

+ Manage all aspects of fixed asset and lease accounting, from acquisition to disposal

+ Ensure compliance with ASC 842 lease accounting standards

+ Reconcile, track, and report on owned and leased equipment

+ Prepare audit schedules and provide support during internal and external audits

+ Monitor capital expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance internal controls and streamline asset processes

+ Mentor and support the development of accounting team members

+ Identify opportunities for system improvements and process efficiencies

+ Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

+ 5+ years of experience in fixed asset and lease accounting

+ Solid knowledge of GAAP and audit procedures

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Experience leading or mentoring accounting teams

+ Passion for systems, process optimization, and transforming data into actionable insights
