Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. This is a Contract position within the Information Technology industry, where you will play a key role in overseeing logistics operations and ensuring seamless shipping and distribution processes. • Organize and manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Coordinate shipping activities to streamline processes and minimize delays.

• Monitor distribution workflows and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.

• Collaborate with vendors and carriers to maintain smooth transportation processes.

• Track shipments and resolve issues related to delays or discrepancies.

• Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and coordinating stock movements.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address logistics challenges. Requirements • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related role.

• Strong understanding of shipping processes and customs regulations.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to analyze logistics data and generate actionable insights.

• Proficient in using logistics software and tools.

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with inventory management and distribution workflows.
