Description
We are looking for a Client Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing appointment scheduling processes while ensuring excellent customer service and collaboration with business partners. This is a long-term contract position with a structured schedule and opportunities for weekend work based on workload.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain efficient scheduling processes to meet the needs of clients and business partners.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, ensuring responses are provided within 24 hours.
• Monitor and analyze scheduling trends, reporting availability issues and concerns to leadership on a monthly basis.
• Utilize department resources effectively to complete tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Provide clear and proactive communication to address scheduling needs and resolve concerns.
• Support initial training efforts to strengthen technical skills and ensure proficiency in scheduling systems.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to optimize scheduling workflows.
• Adjust to rotational shifts, including occasional weekend hours, as required by business needs.
Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or scheduling roles.
• Strong proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and tools, including Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate professionally with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under structured schedules and rotational shifts.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekend hours as needed.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
