Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely and accurate payment tracking.

• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to maintain up-to-date records.

• Perform month-end closing procedures, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.

• Handle payroll processing tasks with precision and confidentiality.

• Utilize accounting software such as Acumatica and Zoho Office Suite to maintain financial records.

• Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Input and organize financial data efficiently using Microsoft Excel and other tools.

• Collaborate with team members to support the implementation of new accounting systems.

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations.

• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping with a focus on accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Proficiency in bank reconciliations and account reconciliation procedures.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Acumatica and Zoho Office Suite.

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its functions.

• Experience with payroll processing and month-end close procedures.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
