Description
We are looking for an experienced FP& A Analyst to join our team in Covington, Louisiana. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. The ideal candidate will excel at interpreting complex data sets, building financial models, and managing budgeting and forecasting processes with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
+ Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results against forecasts and identifying key variances
+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends and actionable insights
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business drivers
+ Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
+ Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess business performance and recommend improvements
+ Assist in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
+ Improve reporting processes and tools, often using Excel, Power BI, or other analytics platforms
+ Conduct ad hoc analysis to evaluate business initiatives, cost-saving opportunities, or investment decisions
+ Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reports

Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles
+ Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
+ Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
+ Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and complex formulas
+ Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
+ Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
+ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Strong communication skills to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
