Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our team in the Montoursville area. This individual will play a key role in supporting our company’s talent acquisition efforts by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, coordinating, and everything in between. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to jump into the role seamlessly.
+ Source, attract, screen, and recruit top candidates for various roles while aligning them with job requirements and company culture.
+ Manage the onboarding process and coordinate interviews, schedules, and communications between candidates and hiring managers.
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, craft job descriptions, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to target hard-to-find talent.
+ Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
+ Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to evaluate and improve processes.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
+ Minimum of 2–3 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in full-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines.
+ Prior experience with onboarding and coordination is highly preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
+ Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
+ Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and pipelines development.
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
+ Adept at using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools/platforms.
