Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with expertise in estate planning to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a boutique legal environment focused on delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting legal documents, managing case files, and supporting attorneys with estate planning matters.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.

• Coordinate and assist attorneys with scheduling and facilitating client document signings.

• Handle e-filing of legal documents with courts and relevant agencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Organize and maintain client files, upholding confidentiality and data integrity.

• Monitor and manage deadlines, proactively following up on pending tasks and outstanding items.

• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and team members as needed.

• Assist with case management and trial preparation for estate planning matters.

• Utilize legal software and tools to streamline document preparation and case tracking. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience working as a paralegal, preferably with a focus on estate planning.

• Proficient in drafting legal documents and navigating electronic filing systems.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

• A dependable demeanor, punctuality, and reliability.

• Familiarity with civil litigation, trial preparation, and case management processes is a plus.

• Proficiency with e-filing systems and legal software tools.
