    Description of Position

     

    We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Customer Service Representative to support individuals during difficult or high-stress moments. Based in Miami, Florida, this overnight role requires strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and a commitment to service excellence.

     

    The position begins onsite for the first 90 days to ensure thorough training and support. After this period, the role transitions to a fully remote overnight shift.

    Responsibilities:

    + Answer inbound calls, emails, or chats from individuals who may be facing hardship or emotional distress

    + Provide information, guidance, and reassurance with professionalism and care

    + Communicate clearly and compassionately in English, Spanish fluency

    + Use active listening and de-escalation skills to support callers in high-stress situations

    + Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

    + Collaborate with team members and escalate complex situations appropriately

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and resources

    + Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all organizational standards of conduct

    Requirements

    Who You Are:

    + 3+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles, ideally in high-pressure or emotionally sensitive environments

    + Comfortable working overnight shifts and responding to challenging calls with empathy and professionalism

    + Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient with strong problem-solving skills

    + Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM systems or internal databases

    + Highly organized and dependable with a service-first mindset
