    Description

    Robert Half is looking for a full-time inventory clerk!

     

    Shift: This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule: Monday through Friday, from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm.

    Key Responsibilities

    In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of materials, equipment, and supplies. Your duties will include receiving, storing, and issuing items from our stockroom, as well as managing the inventory, purchasing, and stocking of products. You will also deliver medical supplies directly to nursing units and other hospital departments.

     

    Core Functions

     

    + Supply Chain Management: Organize incoming dock shipments, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to the correct departments and proper storage of all stock.

    + Receiving and Distribution: Match items received on packing slips to purchase orders before delivering products to the appropriate departments or individuals. You will also be responsible for reporting any discrepancies.

    + Inventory Oversight: Actively monitor and manage inventory levels across various areas, including patient floors, surgery, anesthesia, pre-op, post-op, and other parts of the facility.

    + Stock Control: Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure product availability and perform expiration date sweeps as needed.

    + Logistics and Organization: Assist with the setup and adjustment of surgeon sheds and parts locations to optimize organization and efficiency.

    Requirements

    + A high school diploma or GED is required

    + 1-2 years of experience in inventory management strongly preferred
