Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, maintaining customer records, and supporting overall billing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about finance and accounting to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute invoices to customers in an accurate and timely manner.

• Prepare and issue monthly customer account statements.

• Maintain and update customer records with issued invoices and relevant account details.

• Process credit memos efficiently and ensure proper documentation.

• Input invoices into customer invoicing platforms and manage web-based systems.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all billing activities.

• Assist in auditing and resolving discrepancies related to billing or invoicing.

• Provide support in learning and adapting to new systems and tools as required.

Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in accounting or billing functions, demonstrating attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent listening abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and documentation.

• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and billing systems.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

• Experience with auditing practices and financial services is a plus.
