    Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote | Moline, IL

     

    Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for creating engaging content and driving impactful messaging? Robert Half is partnering with John Deere to hire a Communications Specialist to join their team.

     

    This role offers a flexible start time (7:00–8:30 AM), a 40-hour work week, and the opportunity to support strategic initiatives that impact global audiences.

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Develop and execute detailed communication plans to ensure key audiences are informed about projects, events, and business changes.

    + Create and deliver high-impact content across multiple media platforms (web, social media, newsletters, video, print, presentations).

    + Draft and edit messaging for senior leadership to be distributed globally.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communications with business goals.

    + Assist in planning and executing communication strategies that strengthen engagement and brand consistency.

    + Manage projects from concept through execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + 1–3 years of professional writing experience (journalism, marketing, corporate communications, etc.).

    + Strong skills in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).

    + Experience with HTML or web editing.

    + Background in communications planning and project management, including budgeting and team collaboration.

    + Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
