Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Medical Recruiter to join a dynamic team in Williamsport, PA. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruiting for medical and healthcare-related roles, along with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to identify top talent in the field. As a Medical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and securing exceptional candidates to fulfill our clients' staffing needs in the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to find top-tier talent.

+ Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for healthcare roles.

+ Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and career goals.

+ Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regulations to enhance recruitment efforts.

+ Promote client opportunities to candidates, emphasizing their appeal to secure interest and engagement.

+ Manage offer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial placements.

+ Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future healthcare staffing demands efficiently.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

+ Proven experience in recruiting within the medical or healthcare industry (minimum 2-3 years).

+ Strong understanding of healthcare roles and credentialing requirements.

+ Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
