    Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Petersburg, Virginia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Your ability to provide exceptional service and maintain accurate records will be key to success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and helpful information.

    • Handle order entry tasks with precision, ensuring data is correctly recorded and processed.

    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to maintain satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

    • Follow established guidelines and procedures to deliver consistent service.

    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

    • Stay informed about company products and services to provide knowledgeable support.

    • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary for resolution. Requirements • Previous experience in call center or customer service roles is essential.

    • Proficiency in handling order entry systems and maintaining accurate records.

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

    • Familiarity with answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries.

    • High level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
