    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces modern development methodologies, and is passionate about building scalable, web-based applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge software solutions, including AI and LLM technologies.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based applications using Java 8+, Spring (Core or MVC), and Hibernate or RESTful services

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software

    + Apply "Vibe Coding" methodologies to foster creativity, collaboration, and innovation in development

    + Rapidly prototype new features and solutions to validate ideas and gather feedback

    + Integrate with AWS services and explore cloud-native architectures (preferred)

    + Contribute to the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing and new applications (preferred)

    + Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

    + 3+ years of full-time experience as a Software Engineer

    + Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and web-based development

    + Experience with Spring Framework (Core or MVC) and Hibernate or REST APIs

    + Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices

    + Demonstrated ability in rapid prototyping and iterative development

    + Exposure to AWS cloud services (preferred)

    + Experience or interest in AI / LLM integration (preferred)

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

    + Passion for innovation and continuous learning

    + Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

    + Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus
