Job Title: Senior Project Manager II
Job Summary:
The Senior Project Manager II independently leads multiple medium to large-scale projects of high complexity across various teams and locations. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with organizational standards. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement, proactive risk management, and effective communication. Moderate travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage cross-functional project teams and stakeholder relationships.
+ Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, and communications.
+ Organize project tasks and timelines; monitor deliverables and dependencies.
+ Identify and mitigate risks and issues; report project status regularly.
+ Guide and mentor team members; ensure quality and integration of work.
+ Facilitate decision-making and project implementation activities.
+ Lead planning, staffing, and execution efforts to meet project goals.
Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies:
+ Strong project management and organizational skills.
+ Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
+ Effective communicator with ability to influence and gain commitment.
+ Skilled in financial tracking and budget management.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
+ Demonstrates integrity, empathy, and strategic relationship-building.
+ Capable of leading change and driving execution.
Education & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
+ Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
+ 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
+ PMP Certification
+ LEAN and/or Six Sigma Certification
