As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting with inquiries to help create a secure and comfortable environment. You will remain stationed at the front desk, using your customer service skills and attention to detail to support the community and respond to security-related situations as they arise. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

+ Monitor access to the residential building, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.

+ Assist with visitor management, including logging guests and issuing visitor passes as needed.

+ Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address inquiries and/or concerns.

+ Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
