Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer needs and ensuring satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel at managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing timely solutions while maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accurately input customer orders into the system, verifying details and ensuring all special requirements are addressed.
+ Communicate shipping dates, delays, and additional information to customers promptly.
+ Process and monitor online orders, ensuring proper communication and follow-up as needed.
+ Address customer complaints, logging critical details and actions taken to resolve issues.
+ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide support and assistance with various tasks.
+ Respond to inquiries about the organization, offering helpful information such as directions and contact details.
+ Handle credit card authorizations efficiently and securely.
+ Coordinate with production and shipping teams to trace and expedite delayed shipments, liaising with couriers when necessary.
+ Perform clerical duties such as processing quotes, issuing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate system records.
+ Tackle special projects and additional tasks as assigned to support the overall operation.
Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in order entry and processing with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
• Familiarity with credit card authorization processes and related procedures.
• Capability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
