Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Bridgewater, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and with attention to detail to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and concerns.

• Handle order entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely processing.

• Provide clear and helpful information regarding products and services to customers.

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to support customer needs and resolve issues.

• Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system for future reference.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.

• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

• Maintain a positive and focused attitude when dealing with challenging situations. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

• Experience with order entry and related administrative tasks.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Familiarity with customer service best practices and problem-solving techniques.
