    • What You’ll Do:

     

    You’ll be hands-on with the day-to-day fund operations, supporting the full lifecycle of VC fund activity. Key responsibilities include:

     

    + Managing the general ledger for venture funds, including all transactions

    + Processing capital calls, distributions (cash + stock), and fund expenses

    + Preparing financial statements, partner allocations, and reconciliations

    + Supporting quarter-end closes and reporting packages

    + Tracking investment activity and tying out cap tables

    + Responding to LP requests and distributing statements/K-1s

    + Collaborating across teams on key deliverables and process improvements

    Requirements

    • Who You Are:

    + 1–3 years of audit or fund accounting experience

    + Background in public accounting (Big 4/Big 10 preferred) with venture capital or private equity clients

    + Strong Excel and general ledger experience; familiarity with cap tables and LP communications

    + A strong communicator with a proactive, team-first attitude

    + You’re accurate, analytical, curious—and ready for a faster-paced, forward-facing role
