Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to assist with a short-term project on a contract basis. Responsibilities:

• Record credit card transactions promptly and accurately in QuickBooks Online.

• Review financial data to ensure all entries are complete and error-free.

• Maintain organized documentation of all transactions for reference.

• Collaborate with the team to address any discrepancies or missing information.

• Follow established bookkeeping processes to meet project deadlines. Requirements • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or financial data entry.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage short-term projects effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
