We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented SPANISH BILINGUAL Administrative Assistant to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient workflows. This opportunity is ideal for a bilingual Spanish speaker with strong administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet students, faculty, and visitors with a courteous and welcoming demeanor.

• Perform accurate data entry tasks, including the creation and maintenance of basic spreadsheets.

• Respond to inbound calls and provide clear and helpful information.

• Facilitate effective communication between English and Spanish-speaking individuals.

• Maintain records and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.

• Assist with general office tasks to support daily operations.

• Ensure a positive and efficient environment by addressing inquiries promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements • Proficiency in basic office skills, including organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience in data entry with attention to accuracy and detail.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish to facilitate bilingual communication.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Familiarity with spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
