Description We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to oversee and optimize enterprise resource planning systems across the organization. This role involves managing complex integrations, ensuring seamless functionality, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs. Based in Houston, Texas, this is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for a candidate with strong expertise in ERP platforms and system integration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration and optimization of ERP systems to support business processes and goals.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Oversee the implementation and customization of ERP platforms, such as Epicor and Oracle NetSuite.

• Manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during system updates or enhancements.

• Utilize Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to streamline ERP functionality.

• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.

• Provide training and support to users for improved adoption and utilization of ERP systems.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies throughout the integration process. Requirements • Proven experience in ERP integration and management, with a focus on platforms like Epicor and Oracle NetSuite.

• Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).

• Strong ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents.

• Knowledge of change management principles and practices.

• Familiarity with ERP system testing and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
