    We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Spanish Medical Billing Collections Specialist with expertise in healthcare to join our Remote team. The Medical Billing Collections Specialist MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English. This Medical Billing Collections Specialist position is offering an opportunity to contribute your skills in claims management, resolution, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare and be bilingual in Spanish.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •Insurance Claims Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to insurance companies to resolve unpaid or denied medical claims, ensuring timely reimbursement while addressing discrepancies.

    •Patient Communication: Serve as a resource for patients by explaining billing details, assisting with copay inquiries, and addressing any questions or concerns to enhance patient satisfaction.

    •Claims Review and Correction: Analyze claims data, identify errors or missing documentation, and make appropriate corrections to expedite processing.

    •Compliance: Ensure that all billing practices align with industry regulations, legal requirements, and payer-specific guidelines.

    •Documentation: Maintain accurate, organized records of all activities related to claims and patient interactions for reporting and audit purposes.

     

    Bilingual in Spanish and English is a MUST.
