Description We are looking for a meticulous Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Santa Ana, California, and focuses on providing essential HR support, including employee onboarding, background checks, and system administration. Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve employee inquiries on HR-related topics in a timely and precise manner.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring accurate entry into the Rippling platform.

• Conduct background checks and verify employment documentation as part of the hiring process.

• Prepare and manage offer letters and other employment-related documentation.

• Run detailed reports and perform audits within the Rippling system to maintain data accuracy.

• Support HR operations by troubleshooting system issues and escalating them when necessary.

• Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Assist in managing benefit functions and legal correspondence as needed. Requirements • Proven experience with Rippling HR software is required.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, background checks, and reporting.

• Proficiency in handling legal forms and correspondence related to HR functions.

• Ability to generate and analyze reports for audits and operational improvements.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with benefit administration and compliance standards.
