Description We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will work closely with large and complex datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity while leveraging advanced tools and techniques. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis and review of large, complex datasets to identify trends and insights.

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through detailed validation and cleansing processes.

• Utilize advanced tools, such as Python and Microsoft Excel, to perform data manipulation and analysis.

• Develop and maintain analytical spreadsheets that support business decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and reports.

• Assist with data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.

• Provide expertise in Salesforce data analysis and integration.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain consistent quality.

• Stay updated on industry best practices for data analytics and apply them to enhance processes. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles.

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

• Strong experience with data cleansing and validation techniques.

• Familiarity with working on complex datasets and deriving actionable insights.

• Ability to create detailed, analytical spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Experience with Salesforce data analysis and integration is highly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
