• Call Center Agent

    Robert Half Office Team (San Diego, CA)


    Description

    As a Call Center Agent, you’ll handle inbound calls to assist customers with questions, account support, service requests, or program information. You’ll follow scripts and protocols while maintaining a customer-first attitude and documenting interactions accurately.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally

    + Make outbound calls as needed for follow-up, outreach, or confirmations

    + Provide accurate information about programs, services, or policies

    + Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems appropriately

    + Maintain detailed records of calls in our CRM system (Salesforce or similar)

    + Meet performance goals including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate

    + Adhere to call center protocols, privacy standards, and compliance regulations

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Previous call center or customer service experience preferred

    + Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)

    + Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and CRM software

    + Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting

    + Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

    + Bilingual in Spanish preferred
