    Description

    Grease Room Operator – Nightshift

    + **Abide by all JBS/MOPAC Safety Policies, including appropriate PPE and report any incident or accident to your supervisor immediately**

    + Move product between tanks as needed

    + Run and operate the evaporator effectively and efficiently

    + Sweco operation to work tanks to whatever is empty

    + Maintain tank levels and determine when to switch from UCO to YG if necessary

    + Flush out lines as needed

    + Operate centrifuge as needed

    + Monitor grease fines and empty into dumpster as needed

    + Complete inventory at end of shift

    + Communicate to next shift operator

    + Continually clean designated work area

    + Report to supervisor at beginning and end of shift

    + Any other work as required and directed by management

    + When necessary empty drums from trucks

    + Take samples of all inbound grease trucks

    + Move tallow drainings from ST3

    + Follow schedule for next day dispatch of trucks to ensure all are emptied, including tanks on packers

    + Move drums to used drum trailer

    + Assist with other unloading duties as directed

    + Report maintenance issues in area and/or with trucks unloaded

    + Report to supervisor at beginning and end of shift

    Centrisys Operator

    + Start up and Shut down Centrisys operation

    + Move product from WWTP melt tank through Sweco screen through centrysis

    + Monitor Centrisys system and product

    + Perform spin tests every 3 hrs and report in daily sheet: sludge, grease and stick water.

    + Make process changes accordingly (feed velocity, bowl velocity, differential pressure)

    + Pump grease from tallow draining (ST3) to Centrisys. Always give priority to WW sludge

    + Monitor temperatures: 200-205 F all processing time. Check every hour.

    + Continually clean centrysis room

    + Report quantities moved to ST1

    + Report Start Time and down time of operation

    + Perform ICP once a shift

    + Communicate ASAP with maintenance if a mechanical or electrical problem occurs.

    + Communicate with WWTP if melting tank is low/not receiving sludge.

    + Report to management any issues during shift.

    + Any other work as required and directed by management
