    * $ 500.00 Sign-On bonus available for twelve month commitment*

    This position reports to the Director of Quality, and can be considered a remote position. This position will be responsible forInpatient/Outpatient Quality Performance Measures, conducting medical record reviews, gathering data from a variety of sources and chart reviews, data retrieval, data presentation/formatting, general support for the Hospital’s Quality & Patient Safety Program, serve as a resource for reports, participate in collection, compilation, analysis and presentation of data for the Quality Department

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Professional Level of knowledge of clinical processes and medical terminology

    2 years experience in acute care facility highly preferred
