    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our hardware store team as a Retail Store Clerk. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

    You’ll report to the Store Manager in our Shelby, Montana store, focusing on these key responsibilities:

    + Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

    + Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

    + Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

    + Stock shelves and merchandise products according to company guidelines.

    + Provide product knowledge and information to customers.

    + Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

    + Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

    + Follow company policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

    + Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

    + Basic math skills and attention to detail.

    + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    + Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
