About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Human Resources as part of the Conduct Analytics & Reporting (CAR) team within Conduct Management (CM). The Senior Business Execution Consultant will report into the leader of CAR-Program Enablement and lead key initiatives to create and/or enhanced processes across the CAR group. Additionally, this role will support CAR’s ongoing operational activities, including leadership updates, team member updates/all-team meeting coordination, weekly project status reporting and coordination, supporting operational process design and optimization, weekly workflow monitoring/escalation, and providing backup support for other program enablement activities.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
+ Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
+ Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
+ Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
+ Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
+ Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
+ Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
+ Experience with product management and overall understanding of the software development lifecycle
+ Understanding of analytics and reporting
+ Experience collaborating and interacting with senior management
+ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
+ Experience successfully designing and optimizing execution processes for simplicity, throughput, and quality
+ Ability to influence executive decision-making and successfully negotiate critical issue resolution related to program initiatives
+ Adaptable to rapid large-scale changes in business processes and organizational structure
+ Experience using JIRA
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Job Expectations:
+ Ability to work onsite at one of the posted locations (uptown Charlotte, NC and West Des Moines, IA) under a hybrid model.
