Credit Risk Reporting & Transformation (CRRT) group, part of Corporate Credit Risk, is seeking experienced Senior Risk Analytics Consultants to join the Credit Risk Regulatory Reporting (CRRR) Governance & Defect Management team. This team plays a critical role in supporting the integrity, reliability and audit readiness of credit risk data used in several regulatory reporting schedules including FR Y-14 and Basel. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in audit, internal controls, financial regulatory reporting or data management who are passionate about governance, data management, and supporting regulatory compliance through strong documentation and control validation practices.
These positions will be responsible for helping enhance and execute upon existing governance and defect management activities ensuring fully documented work products and processes that are performed timely and in line with regulatory and internal policy and procedural requirements. Strong partnership skills are needed to foster and facilitate relationships with colleagues across multiple locations and in multiple functions.
In this role, you will:
+ Support governance routines by coordinating with a diverse set up stakeholder internal and external to our team and diligent maintenance of related documentation and artifacts.
+ Support data defect management and maintenance routines including partnership with report production teams to ensure timely completion of activities and clarity of documentation supporting all aspects of this process.
+ Contribute to defect management by partnering with report production teams to track, document, and support the resolution of data quality issues.
+ Execute logic reviews and control validations to ensure reporting processes align with regulatory requirements and internal control expectations.
+ Develop and maintain audit-ready workpapers and procedural documentation that support transparency, traceability, and effective reperformance.
+ Provide peer review and feedback on documentation and testing activities to promote consistency and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate across functions to resolve issues, support ad-hoc initiatives, and contribute to the team’s overall risk and control framework.
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Familiarity with regulatory reporting such as FR Y-14M/Q or Basel, and understanding of data lineage and control expectation.
+ Prior experience in risk analytics, audit, compliance, data management, financial reporting or a related field.
+ Experience with data defect and issue management, including documentation of root cause analysis and remediation tracking.
+ Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks, including experience with control testing or monitoring.
+ Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, SAS) to support report logic validation reviews.
+ Proficiency in documenting procedures and workpapers that meet audit and regulatory standards.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
+ Ability to independently manage assigned tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

Minneapolis, Minnesota | Pay Range: 84,000.00 - 149,000.00 USD Annual
