About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant to be a part of the Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) Business Management and Operations team. This dynamic team supports EFT's Operations Center of Excellence spanning Finance, Human Resources, Risk, Audit, Public Affairs, Legal and Technology stakeholder related business lines.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill our open Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant role within EFT Business Management Organization providing operation support for financials and investment planning, portfolio delivery and product operating models. In this role, you will:

+ Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business

+ Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise

+ Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans

+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide

+ Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes

Required Qualifications:

+ 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

+ Proven ability to triage complex issues and drive resolution across multiple teams

+ Ability to navigate ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset, create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change

+ Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex environment

+ Ability to create strong professional partnerships

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent verbal, written, executive and interpersonal communication skills

+ Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple high priority, high complexity, and high-risk efforts simultaneously

Job Expectations:

+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$167,000.00 - $260,000.00
